Sri Ashtamsa Varadha Abhaya Hanumaan

 

Sri Ashtamsa Varadha Abhaya Hanuman appeared in a dream to Panditji Srihari Kadambi, who is the founder of the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, AZ instructing him to bring an eight-foot black granite Moolavirat (Saligrama Sila) to Phoenix. The idol stands majestically in the sanctum (Moolasthana), facing south, blessing devotees with his unique and powerful presence.

Right Hand: Blesses devotees with a gesture of assurance, saying, "Don't fear." and Mahalakshmi Seated in the right hand, showering prosperity. 

​

Left Hand (Gada Ayudam): Symbolizes destruction of anger, arrogance, greed, and lust.

​

South-Facing Face: Destroys inner enemies.

​

East-Facing Feet: Grants stability and growth in career.

​

Tail Facing West: Blesses devotees with children and protects them from Saturn's negative effects.

​

Eyes: Represent the Sun and Moon, symbolizing balance and guidance
